Bodum’s Brazil press utilizes unbreakable polycarbonate for its carafe, which makes this model an excellent choice for campers, students, or travelers who like to make fine coffee on the road. To make coffee with the press, remove the plunger/top ensemble, add coarse ground coffee to the glass carafe, add hot (but not boiling) water, stir with a spoon, and position the top and plunger in place.
