To use, simply put the beans in the top container, twist it to set it at one of eight settings from extra fine to coarse, then turn the timer dial. If you need enough ground coffee for a twelve-cup pot of coffee, that’s exactly how much will be ground. A chart on the lower grind-collecting container specifies how long to set the timer for the amount required. The lower container with its tight-fitting lid pulls off the machine so the ground coffee can be shaken out or kept inside for storage. The top container unscrews for cleaning by hand.
