Saeco S-TRP-ST Talea Ring Plus Super Automatic Espresso Machine

Saeco S-TRP-ST Talea Ring Plus Super Automatic Espresso Machine

With 15-bars of pump pressure, this super-automatic espresso machine's innovative brewing system allows for creating an infinite variety of coffee drinks from just one machine. Simply turning the dial either right or left changes the strength and consistency of coffee by either increasing or decreasing the water pressure moving through the grounds. The espresso maker automatically grinds the right amount of coffee, tamps, brews, and dispenses used grounds into an internal dregdrawer, all at the touch of a button. A simple click wheel controls all of the machine functions such as programming coffee size, strength, temperature, and even pre-infusion times, while its user-friendly LCD display shows what's happening inside the unit, plus alerts to needed maintenance, such as an empty bean hopper, empty water reservoir, full drip tray, or required cleaning cycles. Sliding a finger around the click wheel gives clear, instant details for each function.

In addition, the espresso machine's adjustable built-in ceramic disc grinder provides a more even grind, allowing for perfect dosing and blending, plus it operates considerably quieter than stainless-steel grinders. The unit's OptiDose system has an adjustable 7- to 10-1/2-gram doser for regulating the amount of beans to grind per serving, and its aroma system injects hot water into ground coffee to maximize flavor extraction. Especially convenient if a guest wants decaffeinated espresso, the espresso machine comes with a pre-ground bypass doser. Simply pour the pre-ground decaffeinated or flavored coffee into the pre-ground coffee funnel without having to empty the beans in the grinder. The espresso machine also supplies a stainless-steel pannarello attachment for steaming milk or dispensing hot water, as well as a stainless-steel boiler system with rapid-steam technology, which means no waiting between frothing milk and brewing espresso. In addition to the manual steam wand, the unit comes with an automatic frothing device called a Milk Island. The 13-1/2-ounce glass Milk Island plugs into the side of the machine and actually draws steam from the unit to make steamed and frothed milk in seconds.

Other thoughtful details include a cup-warming surface that holds up to six espresso cups, a removable 57-ounce water tank, a motorized drip tray that slides up and down to fit any sized cup, and sliding wheels on the base of the machine for convenient rotation. Accessories include a grinder adjustment key, an Aqua Prima water filter, descaling solution, a cleaning brush, a quick-start guide, and an instruction manual. The unit's easy-to-clean system features a patented removable brew group, which allows the machine to tamp, brew, and dispense the coffee in one cycle. The brew group can be removed at the push of a button for rinsing and chemical-free cleaning. Housed in a modern two-tone silver and titanium exterior design, the 1500-watt espresso machine measures 16 by 13 by 14-1/2 inches and carries a two-year limited warranty.
