The La Cimbali M31 Bistro 2 Group Espresso Machine is equipped with an alphanumeric display, which makes easier to program the beverage delivery and the machine ON/OFF time. It is also equipped with thermo balanced coffee groups, which allow keeping the thermal machine equilibrium uniform in order to always prepare the best espresso, with any kind of coffee blend and in any working conditions. The hot water delivery is controlled by the economizer, which allows mixing the boiler hot water with the fresh one of the mains, thus regulating the temperature of the water itself. In this models, the hot water delivery is made through a programmable dosage selection. An automatic autoleveller maintains the optimum water level in the boiler. These solutions provide a new standard in water quality along with increased safety and energy savings. The steam used to froth milk or to prepare other hot beverages passes through one high performance stainless steel diffuser. Available in two different finishes
